Get connected to your accounts without a computer. With 24hr Tele-Banker, you can quickly and easily:
- Check account balances
- Verify transactions posted to your account
- Verify social security deposits as well as other electronic funds or ATM transactions
- Verify information such as interest paid/earned to assist in tax preparation
- Make funds transfers and loan payments
- Obtain rate information
Please have your account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) available before using the Bank of Washington's 24hr Tele-Banker.
Quick Reference Guide:
24hr Tele-Banker: If it is the first time you are using the system, when prompted to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN), please enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security # or Federal ID #. You will then be prompted to change your password.
Function Codes:
Enter your account number followed by the # sign. Then enter your PIN followed by the # sign
Checking — press 1
Savings — press 2
CDs — press 3
Loans — press 4
Return to previous Menu — press 9
Enter your account number followed by the # sign. For added security, enter the last 4 of your social security number or tax ID followed by the # sign.
Checking Account Menu: Press 1
Enter your account number followed by the # sign. Then enter your PIN followed by the # sign.
Current balance & last deposit — press 1
Review transactions — press 2
1. Most recent checks
2. Most recent deposits
3. All the transactions posted to your account
4. Most recent withdrawals
5. Pending transactions that will post as of current business day
6. See if a specific check has cleared
9. Return to the checking menu
Interest Information — press 3
Transfer funds** — press 4
